Linen Rental Policies

We offer 100% cotton bedding and towels. Please use our order form online by clicking here

We will deliver and pickup your order directly to your rental property at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Deliveries will be made between 10am and 4pm on your arrival day. We ask that you place your items in the provided linen bags and placed outside of your unit no later than 10am on your departure date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

—Refunds will be offered for any order if canceled no later than 7 days to your arrival. If canceled less than 7 days of your arrival date, a $50 cancelation fee will apply. Please give as much notice as possible if canceling.

—Orders placed less than 7 days from your arrival date may be subject to a rush fee of $30 and based upon availability. Please call or email to confirm if we can fulfill your order if less than 7 days from arrival.

—If any item is not returned or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

For those homeowners who want to offer their tenants additional services, we can deliver a set of sheets and towels to your door or entryway at the start of each reservation. Contact us directly for pricing for multiple reservations.
